This installation incorporates two special shaped cradles using fan suction restraint to the facade of the building. The BMU gantry operates at different levels and is raised from level to level by a built in crane module.

The building maintenance unit supplied for this prestige building is housed in the dome structure and is completely concealed when not in use. The unit runs on a tracking system around the perimeter of the building. Specifically, this unit incorporates an extending jib fitted with slewing jib head to reach all areas of the building facade.

Centrepoint Tower

Cradle Runways fabricated and installed a maintenance access platform around the underside of the turret, together with a radial travelling gantry and special wire walker for inspection of the tower cable system.
